2. The following list of codes are suggested codes only.
3. The following list of fees are recommended and based on the NRPL. You are free to charge accordingly to your own fee structure.
4. The existence of a code does not mean that the fee will be paid for by the Medical Aid / Medical Insurance.
5. Practitioners are advised to submit a written treatment plan to the patient and obtain a written confirmation from the patient / Medical Aid / Medical Insurance PRIOR to the commencement of the treatment.
